When I was denied my Worker's comp I called these folks. Mr. Tom Farrell Jr. helped me win my appeal & didn't receive a dime for helping with that so I told him the least I could do is give a glowing review. "My review about this lawyer is based on my own personal and collective thoughts over the past 3 years." I didn't have a dime to my name when I contacted him. He showed up to my fiancé's court hearing for us and started to prepare his case. My fiance was facing multiple felony charges and had been on probation for many years before this. At the beginning of the consultation, he gave me a price and although the circumstances changed at some point during the court process, the price didn't. Not once. I wasn't able to show up to my fiancés court hearing the day of payment. I couldn't find a ride to save my life, and didn't know about Uber at the time. I called Gary to let him know I was having trouble getting to the bank to get his payment. Instead of withdrawing from our case, which he very easily could have done, he took me to the bank then back home. My fiance received what I think is a "more than," fair sentencing based on his mile long criminal record. Was released from prison without parole/probation stipulations.
