I really liked David S. Washington Jr. UNTIL HE RIPPED ME OFF!! Constantly asks for money EVERY time I visit with him. He fought my case for almost a year. When I hired another lawyer and we looked at my court documents. We realized, after paying this man alot of money, that he never filed one document in the court on my behalf. He is a terrible lawyer. I don't advise anyone to use this guy!! If anybody knows how I can get my noney back from this joker please inform me!! #DAVID WASHINGTON JR= #BADNEWS

Matt Miller did a fantastic job on my dissolution. He explained everything to me very clearly. He was professional, thorough and detailed. I was very satisfied with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer.

Most importantly, he got my DWI charge dismissed, and it was reduced to reckless driving. I was charged with DWI back in January 2017. Washington did do a great job handling my case, and he was able to drop the charge to reckless driving. However, this was a happening in which a check was involved. I had recently talked to the secretary on the phone. I was told that he was not there to talk, and that he would call me back, for he was at lunch. No call was received, and I called back a couple hours later that same day. I felt the secretary to be slightly short with me when I asked to see him in person, because he was unable to talk me over the telephone. I was put on hold, and Washington picked the phone up. He was now eating lunch over the telephone, and did not help with the issue I have. I have a clean record, and Washington did not display any concern about what I needed to talk to him about. He was eating on the phone. I did ask to set up an appointment to talk to him, however the secretary instead sent the call to Washington. I did not expect to be friends with Washington, and was only seeking advice after the probation officer told me something along the lines of me having to either talk to Washington, or go back to the courthouse to reinstate my license. I felt very disrespected, and felt I was being treated as lesser of an individual. I have had cases with Jeremy Evans (excuse any misspelling) and he never hesitated to speak with me, and always called back. He never was eating food over the telephone when speaking with me. Evans had also helped me a lot with the cases I have had with him as my lawyer. Evans also gave me advice on a case he was not a part of. Advice given strictly just to help me as an individual. Evans displayed concern without a check in front of him. Washington may help your case, and I feel he did a great job with mine. After the experience with the secretary telling me he would call back, and me receiving no call back, and Washington eating food as he talked, gave me personal insight on the concern of his clients. Judge Joyce Campbell will allow any person to go to her courtroom after the case is done, just to get advice, or to talk to her for a moment. Her time is valuable. I mention this only to give context to the importance of one persons time versus another. I would not recommend Washington, unless Evans is unavailable. That was the reason I chose to go with Washington. I felt devalued, and disrespected by Washington and the secretary when trying to contact Washington.

Matt was very professional with my entire case. I had lots of issues with my case workers, he always reassured me things were going to work out and he was always right there to listen when I was crying and frustrated. He explained everything from day one what was going to happen at each hearing. He would always encourage me to continue what I was doing and more after the hearing and to making me prepared for the next. He always would call the day before my court date to make sure I was ready and if I had any questions. Before we went in for my hearing he was always there early to answer any last minute questions. I really can't thank him enough for being so supportive through the longest 7 months of my life getting my baby back! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART MATT FOR ALL YOUR DEDICATION!!

As a taxpayer, I feel entitled to comment on this man's work. If you use his services, keep in mind he's kind of a bigot, and apparently doesn't understand the relationship between evidence and claims very well.

Matthew was very helpful in explaining the court information with us and what we needed to do. He got all the information together for court and helped us understand what everything meant. If I knew someone looking for this type of lawyer then I would be glad to refer them to him.

Totally lied to me told me exactly what I wanted to hear until he got my money then all bets were off,did nothing for me and screw me over, if you need someone to file paperwork he's your guy other than that don't waste your time or money with this guy, he advertises 25 years of law experience at his disposal,I don't think he has 25 minutes of law experience!!! You would think just going through divorce was bad enough but to hiring attorney that you think is on your side and he totally agrees with opposing counsel and screws you over that's pretty sad, how this piece of crap sleeps at night knowing what he did to me i'll never know, i've been calling him since April to figure out why he screwed me over so bad and he will not return my calls imagine that,,

I recommend Matt. He went the extra mile for me, taking a personal interest in my case and not treating me as just another job. Reasonable cost, personal service, caring individual.
