Terrible at communication. Tried to retain him for over two weeks and does not return calls. Your best off looking for someone else

Mr. Evans represented our son in a juvenile case this year. He kept us well informed throughout the entire process, was always present and on-time on the days we had court. His advice was professional and he broke down legal terms in a way we could fully understand what was taking place. His expertise and service was invaluable during a difficult ordeal and achieved a reasonable outcome for our situation! He was really easy to talk to, his professionalism, demeanor and knowledge was the absolute best!

Handled the prosecutor like a boss. Straight up told him my case and got found not guilty when we took it to trial. Mr. Washington is an amazing attorney. Super cool dude.

I guess when you have a court appointed attorney you get what you pay for nothing. You ask for simple things such as asking the judge for my sister and I the opportunity to speak on our mother’s behalf and not once did he ask he was to worried about moving on to the next client to mess over.

I can't say enough positive things about this firm and Jeremy Evans. I'm an attorney myself, but I retained Jeremy Evans to help me work through an extremely complex divorce and child custody matter. Jeremy showed a high decree of patience and sophistication throughout the entire process. He was trustworthy and reliable. What ever he promised - he delivered. Mr David Washington was pivotal in my extremely serious case in Hamilton County his motion was timely and precise and well articulated on paper and in open court that help turn the tides of the case so that I could prove that not only was the witnesses but also the prosecution was fabricating their case. Case #1. I first met Joe when he was assigned to my domestic violence case. He was at that time my public defender. I am an RN and those trumped up charges could have damaged my career. Joe is a 10 out of 5 star attorney! Not only is he professional, knowledgeable, very well organized, gets right to the point, knows and is respected by a lot of the magistrates and judges from his years as a public defender, but he is also personable. He really cares about his clients and their welfare. My charges were dropped and I only have Joe Auciello's hard work on my case to thank for that. Case # 2. He also represented me in a custody case as my personal attorney (not public defender), shortly after the domestic violence case (both were related). I had raised my niece since she was 2 years old and her very unstable bio mom got a whim to take her back at 12 years-old. Needless to say Joe did it again! With his representation it didn't take long for the magistrate to rule in my favor. He really cared about the welfare and safety of the child involved, and worked hard to give her the best chance at successes in life, I can only imagine how unstable her life would be right now if she were living with her bio mom. If you haven't been through it yet, I hope you never have to, because custody battles are very scary and stressful. With Joe Auceillo in my corner it never got as far as a drawn out battle. Again, I have Joe to thank for keeping her safe. I will definitely keep his card close by for any future life hiccups. I highly recommend!

I would give this man a 100 stars if I could he is literally the most caring most intelligent attorney you can possibly ask for in Butler county. He met me in court I was waiting for Middletown judge to release my husband from jail on some serious charges one being a felony. The other resisting this man came to me walked me swiftly to the hallway and I told him I needed someone who could fight for his rights and prove our case and act fast and that is what he did. He watched my videos listened to our story and was very upfront he wouldn’t do jail time once he reviewed the facts of our case and seen our evidence along with the police officers. I began to cry because I felt seen I felt heard I felt safe I felt peace. My family had been without the sole provider for three days and he was finally being heard. This attorney went to the jail assisted with his immediate release took us in conference listened to my spouses side and our witnesses and met us back there for the preliminary hearing and he even texted to assure me he was coming and everything would be okay not only was it okay but it was more than that he spoke up in open court told the judge the police acted unprofessionally and that although my spouse was strong willed he was a decent member of society and deserved a fair chance the charges was amended from a f5 to disorderly and the one traffic ticket was tossed not to mention the resisting was also amended to a disorderly no jail time just court cost and 200$ fine per charge he walked us out of court to the window made sure we was okay before he left and he braced me with a hug and my husband with a firm handshake this lawyer knows the law he fights hard for his clients he’s very reasonable with his rates every other attorney we called wanted double for just the retainer I highly recommend you call his office and tell him you seen this review and let him fight for you in court you won’t regret it ! Thank you Mr Washington for your ability to act timely professionally and accordingly and thank you for fighting for us when no one else would you are hands down the best attorney I’ve ever met in this entire county I whole heartedly respect and appreciate you so so much !!!!!
