Very thorough & efficient. Would recommend.

Had Ched do two custody cases for me just to get on a schedule. Ched would wait until the day of court literally minutes before to tell me we have court or to try and go over the stuff their lawyers were saying. He did not explain anything thoroughly, he would say things that made me feel like he was trying to just be done with the case. The lawyers they had were literally telling ched what he would do. Im still dealing with these cases and they were supposed to be closed in May. Also I had the hardest time getting in contact with him I would text and call and call the office just to get an attitude from the lady at the desk. I would recommend an attorney that will take their time and make sure you get the best representation!!

My name is Jeff I hired mo with a 8 account felony indictment paid him a lot of money to handle my case and he was excellent at what he does I left it in his hands and he took care of everything and done everything he said he would do for me very confident man!!!

Would not hire this firm for my dead dog,charged me 3 grand and done nothing other then file paperwork, I negotiated my divorce w my ex,he cost me 300 dollars because his office sent wrong ss number to my ex financial institution causing my settlement not to be payed out for over 8mths,,,would not return a called till I made a threat to call the Ohio Attorney General, then by miracle calls nxt day,,I feel this man owes me money!!!!!!

Mr Peck was hired for my 24yr old son who was facing 8 yrs in prison on two felonies. Mr Peck went above and beyond and got the charges dropped due to Mr Pecks thorough investigation and meeting with us as needed. This is the 2nd time we’ve worked with Ched and he goes above and beyond each time. Super great gentleman and has an awesome staff who helped us with several questions about court hearings. We always felt comfort in knowing Mr Peck worked behind the scenes and had it under control. Mr Peck is a great family man who treats you just like family. I recommend Mr Peck

So far, no so great. Broken communication, goes literally weeks with zero information nor calls back. "He's busy" is the continued excuse provided to us by his office. Too busy to talk to a client paying $300 an hour? I've had public defenders provide more assistance.

Joseph was hired by my sister-in-law to handle my in-law's estate. Judge Halcomb had to send a letter to my SIL and him to remind them that the case/file was in rearage for finance and inventory (OVER A YEAR!) I wouldn't say too good of an attorney. Then, knowing my husband was a beneficiary, he would ignore my husband's phone calls, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD TO PAY HALF OF HIS ATTY FEES. He only worried about my SIL, as he knew she didn't know what to do. His office sent documentation to our home with the wrong name TWICE! I would say, if you want to use them, go to Pat Lampe as she is the best!!!!
