I would not waste my money on Ched Peck. He appears to be aggressive at first, but gets lazy with the case. Maybe if it were a DUI case, I would use him, but for something as important as child custody/shared parenting, never again. He did not interview witnesses for the case, he texted his girlfriend while in court, he gave up on the case before it was over, and it ultimately cost us seeing the child. He promised we would see the child more (with her moving out of state)....we used to see her every week for 3-4 days a week, to now seeing her for two days every 3 months or longer. He was not honest about the case and he did not send the appeal papers (or the proposed visiting schedule) to us in a timely manner so that we could appeal the magistrate's decision. I feel that this type of practice is unethical and never again will I trust someone like Ched Peck. I stand behind this review. Don't waste your money or time if the case has to do with your family.

He was a total waste of money in my divorce. I have several medical issues and ched had me get my medical records and i paid $110 for the and i wasted that money because they wasn't submisable because i got them and he knew that and was to lazy to do the work i paid him for. My ex cut me with a knife and admitted it to a marriage counselor and tried stabbing me again that's when i left me ex and cheds lazy ass wouldn't subpoena the counselor records to prove i left marrage for my safety so i get hammered for $800 a month spouse support and also being homeless and the judge could care less im homeless sleeping in car and staying in motels and shower at truck stop. If you ex has Kristen Campbell dont get ched because hes more interested it talking and hanging around her than your case. He dont return calls. He also wouldn't have my step son testify as he witnessed is mom stab me and he stopped her from grabbing a knife a 2nd time.

I hire ched for a parenting case at this moment hes doing a great job ,give good advices and dont still your money im happy whit hes work on the case.

An absolute honor to work with Ched Peck and that's coming from someone with high expectations. Recommended by a colleague, I was excited to hear he was a fighter for true justice. Hearing is one thing of course, but experiencing it firsthand is another, and that's exactly what I did. It was a stressful journey during my divorce for obvious reasons, but Ched was definitely there to calm the nerves by quickly responding to emails and using his expertise to deliver winning advice. Sometimes the advice didn't align with what I assumed would be best, but looking back it now makes sense. If you're looking for a professional, and affordable attorney who will guide you through these tough times, then I couldn't recommend Ched Peck enough. Appreciate all the hard work sir!

I would highly recommend Ched Peck to anyone who needs a great attorney. I was about to loose my license. Ched was upfront and honest from my first meeting with him. He really seemed to care about what happened to me and was always professional. He got the charges reduced considerable. It was a positive outcome and I was able to keep my license.

Terrible attorney. Missed court dates. Doesnt return calls. Terrible attorney. I have read his response to my review. I stand by my review. I wouldn't recommend this man to anyone for any reason. You are better off without an attorney at all than to use him. I have the right to warn people of your lack of ability to properly represent them. We would have been better off without an attorney at all. We could have saved us several hour long drives to court. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! We got what we wanted in our case. We still think you are an unreliable and incompetent attorney.

I had the experience of working with Ched in December of 2015. He was upfront and honest with me. Let me know what to expect and gave me several options, he also let me know the option I did choose would not be a financially wise decision for me. He was willing to be honest and basically take money out of his own pocket by telling me truthfully I would be getting as much as I would pay him and wanted to make sure I understood that clearly. It is a rare trait to find now a days. He is highly respected in the court room and made my life a much easier to this day. I appreciated his honesty and how he was willing to take my calls and not have me speak to someone else in his office. As a business professional myself, I often get asked for referrals, I refer Ched. I trust him enough to put my own reputation on the line.
