Rick Hyde represented me during a jury trial for a DUI. From the very beginning, Mr. Hyde made me feel like I was his #1 priority. I met Rick back in 2012 he represented me in a Domestic violence case. A situation where my then wife accused me of assaulting her, I didn't do anything to her I was innocent but her statement and witnesses made it believable. There was a darker sinister reason why my ex wife tried to have me jailed, I previously filed for custody of our one year old daughter and three year old son in Domestic Relations Court I knew she would end up causing great harm to one or both children. Now Rick Hyde did something I'v never seen a lawyer do in Municipal Court during the DV trial. He got up asked the Judge if he could approach the first witness "Yes" Rick had the witness demonstrate with great accuracy how I attacked his sister. Then he did the same thing to my ex wife had her demonstrate with great accuracy how I attacked her. See by Rick doing that it showed that it all was a lie they both gave different accounts of how I supposedly attacked. I was found not guilty by trial! After this I retained Rick to help me with getting custody of my children. It was a three year battle that went though multiple courts Objections, Appeals court, Juvenile court then back to Domestic Relations Court. Direct and Cross Examination is where in my opinion Rick performs one of his greatest talents. So with the amazing help out of this law firm I now have sole custody of both my children. I truly believe Rick helped save my children from death because their mother is out of control as Rick proved in court. So yeah I got to know Rick and John of Holcomb & Hyde ,LLC No matter your background or what color you are they will go out of their way to help you no matter what. "They are the best of the best", five stars is not enough to show their level caliber. If I ever need a Lawyer again i'm calling, Holcomb & Hyde, LLC, You should too!!!!!
