I write reviews once in a awhile to acknowledge great customer service . I have never taken the time to leave a bad review before. I have my opinions however, opinions are not facts. So this review is strictly on the result. The result is a fact. For a fact they estimated my settlement should come in around $30,000 easily. I got $3,400 Oops ! $600 of my settlement went to a doctor that the law firm sent me to approximately a dozen times. It was a two hour commute and they never even attempted to treat it. A total waste of my time Just a compliance to keep things moving. So that was money well spent. Beautiful office, professional, timely. As I assume, would be an expectation from any law firm. I never said I was promised anything . Well into the case I was told that I could expect to settle for approximately that amount.

This law firm helped me out tremendously and I referred a few friends and they help everyone of them out greatly and called me and thanked me fir the referral.

I have been a client of Willis Spangler Starling since September 2020. Tyler, Darcy and Philip have been handling my case and each and everyone of them have been extremely professional, courteous and beyond effective dealing with all aspects of my claim(s). I couldn't imagine trying to effectively complete the maze of different types of bwc paperwork, scheduling and hearings on my own while dealing with all medical appointments, testing and surgeries from my injuries without the amazing support from the people at this law firm. If you have been injured on the job I'm telling you with all honesty you need to at least call and talk with someone from this firm. It has made an extremely stressful time in my life so much better by having Willis Spangler Starling in my corner. They have truly lifted a massive burden off of me.

Everyone at Willis, Spangler and Starling is amazing and excellent at what they do. They have always taken the time to explain things to me, walk me through new/unfamiliar situations, keep me updated on my case and not once have I ever felt like just a one client in a sea of many. They respond timely to calls and emails with answers and information. This is an office of individuals who care and honestly have your best interest in mind. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs superior legal services.
