My attorney, Britton Hicks, went above and beyond for my disability case and I'm very happy with her representation. I had applied for SSDI twice without representation and was denied. Willis Spangler Starling was the 3rd law office I called to inquire about taking my case. When I was assigned to Ms Hicks and she called me back, she was very friendly and respectful and said she would handle obtaining my records (because I only had some of it). My case took over 3 years because it started in the middle of the COVID lockdown, so it was a bit of a lengthy process. Most don't usually last that long. And because the delays were out of her control, she quickly updated me on any changes or new information about my case and she handled everything in a professional yet very personable manner. She really made the most of a horribly long and drawn out situation and I'm completely satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for representation!

After so much work put in and me having all my records of wrong doing the law firm decided to not pursue my case because “it wasn’t worth it & too much work” those were their exact words. I don’t understand how a law firm can just toss you away after making you feel as if they could actually get justice for you. I wouldn’t recommend this firm. You

I would not recommend if you want your claim settled in a timely manner. Very rude staff and very little communication. I had to switch to another firm who are actually interested in helping me.

Jason Starling did a fantastic job working on my case to get a settlement for unpaid overtime and other issues at a job I had left. Jason and his coworkers kept me upto date as best they could and answered all the questions I had. Jason gives you everything straight forward from start to end on what your options are. In the end I was able to let go of the situation and move on with life. They will do their best to work with you. Their efforts and care about your case is encouraging and hopeful.

I haven't been to the place. However they are handing some litigation for me. I have a very informative legal aid that I'm speaking with about my case. I get updates and I'm kept informed of the proceedings. Everyone I've spoken with has been very understanding and friendly. When I call the receptionist already knows who I am and who I need to be transferred to. So far it's been a good experience, during a stressful, tough time in my life. I'm glad I chose this law firm for my legal needs. I definitely recommend them for a variety of legal issues, which are listed on the website.
