Difficulty reaching the attorneys by phone at times
“Can only contact you guys in email can never get anyone on the phone except the receptionist which can't tell me anything except that no one is ever available all I want is transparency about my case and updates which I don't get unless I email you guys first haven't had an update since 8/5”
