Jonathan Bartell did an awesome job representing my friend. He comes to the US with a visa and was stopped for a OVI. Second one. Jonathan was able to get the OVI charge completely off taken off his record. Record shows just the one. My friend received the punishment and fine as a OVI charge which he understood and accepted because he knows he did something wrong. The best part is he will get his license back after 3 of the initial incident and he walked out of court today with special driving privileges meanwhile. My friend is super happy with the outcome and highly recommends BGJ Attorney’s to everyone as do I. Please call this law firm for all of your immigration and or criminal needs. They will work something out for you.

I hired Lisa and paid in full for a dissolution in stead of a divorce because we have agree on everything and had no assets or anything together. Before paying and when meeting with Lisa she seemed very competent and like a good fit. After paying i waited a couple of weeks and had to actually call to get things started. Megan her office manager has told me more than once that Lisa "is very busy with something very/more important." After 2 months she mailed the first notice to an old address and after I waited over 30 more days to hear something from them I was told that he (my ex had not responded) so they then emailed him the letter. After a couple more months of nothing as in not returning calls after I left several voicemails or spoken with Megan and she insured me that Lisa would call me back I emailed Lisa with my concerns and feelings of frustration and not getting anywhere and how stressful this has turned. Lisa did then email and stated that she would call me on Monday morning and waive filing fees. That Monday she emailed me and stated that what I already knew that they sent one letter and emailed my ex; when she emailed me she stated that she "could not make him respond and did I now what to file a divorce instead of a dissolution. I responded no; why would I pay her hourly and I've already paid for a service and she has provided nothing. I have since emailed her at least 3 more time since our last communication which was in March and I still have not heard anything. I paid for nothing, I paid for her to mail and email a generic stock letter and never follow up with anything. Lisa has definitely made me feel as if my case and my little hard earned $1500 doesn't matter. I am more than disappointed and would not recommend her unless you are filing a divorce where should could actually make big money on you and your case because her hourly rate is not cheep. I am out of money its been almost a year since I paid, I am still unhappily married and now I have to file this myself or pay someone else. Lisa's service has been disgraceful and STRESSFUL and clearly she is only out for BIG MONEY CLIENTELE. I am inclined to believe that the google reviews on here are fake.

Was at the Independance office in Cleveland this week with my wife for my permanent residency ajustements status problem. To be honest the reception alone gave me 100% hope even before we met the lawyer himself in less than 10mins. Honestly the man (lawyer Bartell) was very friendly, simple , flexible , helpful and easy to talking to him. I’m blessed to know such a great Attorney. If you need good , great , flexible and experience lawyer who’s willing to help, look no further just go there and you’ll be the happiest person like me.

For starters, great lawyer !! I was worried at first because I’ve never had to go to court for anything serious and Jonathan really came through for me. It was worth every penny. 10 out of 10 I’d recommend again !!

FIND SOMEONE ELSE! I hired Ms. Hahn to help ease my stress for my divorce after my 25 years of marriage. My ex and I had already agreed on everything so all I needed her to do was type up the documents, guide me through the divorce, and file the QDRO. My ex husbands attorney put together all of the documents, he also notified me of delays and changes to the hearing. I would send an email, wait a couple days and send another email, then I would call, then 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th request with no resolution. I was granted a divorce in May of 2020. I still haven't received the money from my QDRO. She cant tell me if she filed the paperwork. Dealing with her was more stressful than the divorce. Most of us don't do this every day so it is extremely stressful. Spare yourself...Once you give her your check she is non-responsive!

Doesn’t care to even reach back the emails I spent time to send acted as he didn’t get it waited another two weeks go by no response called to check in and he was rude .

If i could give more than five stars i would Jonathan Bartell is a excellent lawyer. He listen and care about your need, wants and feeling to get the job done. If it's is for you or your family member and a friend he the guy. I was worried about my son future, and when i set down and talk that day. Having a conversation with him. I felt content he would help my son and get the job done. I would highly recommend if you need a lawyer Jonathan Bartell is the one. He the man. I don't usually write review. But if the job is done. And i feel is over 5 stars. It need to response with a review. ( He is the man)
