Mr. Baron helped us set up a client agreement for our new business. He listened to our concerns and explained the agreement to us. He added some things we were concerned about. We couldn't be happier with his services.

Daniel Baron reviewed our Trust, Wills and HPOA. He provided good feedback as to what needed updating and any necessary additions to the documents. We didn't have a FPOA which thanks to him we now have. He was able answer any questions we had and proved to be very flexible to accommodate our schedules when it came time to meet. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do Estate Planning.

I met with Dan a few weeks ago to discuss a business succession plan and revocable trust. Dan did a great job explaining all my options and got everything back to me quickly. I would highly recommend him.

Dan took the time to come to our office to meet with us and review our contracts, etc. He revised our current contracts to make them more comprehensive and put together our sub-contractor agreements for us. Dan did an excellent job in explaining pitfalls to us as a contractor and how to better protect ourselves in our litigious society. If you are a General Contractor or a contractor of any kind you should really take the time to meet with Dan.
