Mr Truman was great to work with. He helped me resolve my unemployment overpayment. He was excellent to work with, fast to reply, and No matter how many hearings were scheduled I had his continued support till the end.

Dave Truman is an excellent attorney. When I was terminated from my position (wrongfully in my opinion though my former employer never admitted it), Mr. Truman took me on as his client. I hired David Truman for an EEOC discrimination case against my employer. I signed an agreement for representation and paid my retainer. He never communicated with the EEOC and never handled my case. He never told the EEOC, my employer or my employer's attorney he was my attorney in the matter. I lost a lot of time depending on him and he did nothing for me.

My husband passed away in July 2012 in Cleveland, Ohio and at that time personal property that belonged to me and my husband was confiscated from my home.
