The medical profession is typically divided between the general practitioner and the specialist. The legal profession is similar between the general attorney and the specialist attorney. I had an employment issue so I went to an employment specialist attorney - Neil. First, he was very good in discussing the situation and explaining the issues to me. Second, he consulted his 3 partners on a few things. The "team" approach is very big in a number of professional services, including health, and, in my case, 4 heads were better than 1. Third, although he was the attorney "in charge" I never felt I was standing on the sidelines. Neil kept me very well informed and respected my opinions and decisions. Many times when we're looking for specialists in any field, we turn to online reviews. I'm throwing in my hat for Neil. When you want the best specialist in employment law go with him.

Neil handled my employment case. He did great work! He is tenacious, intelligent and very responsive.

I am writing this review on the 4 year anniversary of Neil successfully negotiating a favorable outcome to non-compete fight that 11 other lawyers told me was un-winnable. The other 11 lawyers told me my only option was to violate the non-compete and fight it in court. I felt the other 11 lawyers just wanted a long drawn out battle so they could create their own revenue stream. Neil's approach was fast, effective and worth every last cent of what he billed. He negotiated and won everything I wanted. On this day, the company I started has supported my family for 4 years, and Neil Klingshirn played a huge role in it's success.

I found Neil by doing a Google search and certainly did not expect to find such great lawyer right away. He represented me in a case that involved a previous employer. I was pleasantly surprised by Neil's knowledge and his ability to answer ALL of my questions and concerns immediately after I contacted him. Attorney Neil Klingshirn represented me in a lawsuit with a former employer regarding beach of contract (promise of bonus which was never paid). Neil was very knowledgeable in this area, and did a very good job of obtaining an out-of-court settlement before the case went to trial.
