Mr Lambert's secretary keeps saying he won't handle any case for me and refuses to run it by him and refuses to set up an appointment with me calling this place is a waste of time especially when your civil rights have been violated hundreds of times and your children was kidnapped illegally by the judicial system

unfortunately Mr Lambert was the only lawyer I could get that wasnt a conflict of interest to the courts. Mr Lambert is extremely difficult to get ahold of. You wont hear from him unless you bother the staff for weeks. I didnt get the rights to my child because Mr Lambert didnt care. He didnt bring up any of the case the other parent had against her. He wouldnt call for weeks at a time either due to other cases and "vacations". He would call the day of the court cases in the morning and try to run through a whole court proceedings in a rush. When the other parent is in contempt of court, it will be a week before I heard from anyone. It took him weeks to file my case which resulted in me being behind in child support which i had to then make up due to their negligence. It has been very frustrating dealing with this because of the severity of the situation. Would not recommend.

I asked for information if somebody was part of their law firm and they never returned my call not very professional of them

Absolute worst lawyer in the tri state. He wasn’t our lawyer but he was a lawyer for the people we bought land from and let me tell you this guy is a crook! Do not use him! Go to Mccown!

Don’t expect much aside from papers filed with the accuracy of a grade schooler.

He was my attorney years ago and was great but with my grandkids custody all he cares about is money not their well being. Why does the world value money more than life?

Thise man isn't a lawyer, he's a crook. He definitely doesnt deserve the one star i did give him. My dad paid for his services in his case, that he was wrongfully arrested in, and Mr. Davenport didnt even plead his case. My dad would have gotten the same outcome if he hadn't had a lawyer at all. So this so called lawyer got 3000$ for nothing. He didnt answer the phone or call him back, when my dad did talk to him he didn't know what case he was talking about, he'll he didn't even come to court but twice out 5 hearings. The judge had to keep rescheduling. So now, on top of the 3000$ Mr.Davenport demanded just to hand my dad papers and to enter a guilty plea,, which my dad wanted to plea not guilty. He also has 1000$ in fines and court cost. Also when my dad asked him what everything in his paperwork meant he told him he didn't know and rushed out of the court room. If that's what's considered a lawyer then everyone would be better off defending themselves.
