Jim was very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through your situation & tell you all the options. He did a very good job for me when I was in a tough situation & got me the deal I wanted. The only unfortunate thing is that the retainer was $4000 for 1 day in court, but I did agree to it & like I said I did get the deal I wanted just wish the retainer hadn't been so large. As far as knowledgeable & competence I couldn't speak higher of Jim. Hopefully I'll never be in a situation like I was again but would use Jim again if needed

In my instance, Jane Timonere put my best interests before her own. That suspect that doesn't happen often. A very good listener. Highly recommend.

Jim has helped me in so many ways I called around 5 or 6 different lawyers and when I got to hear from him and the time he took talking to me was awesome and I always go with my gut feeling he has gotten me out of trouble and made me a substantial amount of money

We have had to endure Jane Timonere twice in our family. Neither time was it as part of a trial nor was anyone charged with any crime. The first time was to question me as a potential juror. The second was at a hearing as the foster parent to her client's children. Nonetheless, it was like to being attacked by a honey- badger. She is one of those attorneys that wear viciousness and aggression as a badger of honor...she is their queen... and she is a disgrace to her profession.

Called about a divorce from my long time thief wife who happened to have worked & stole from them. They prosecuted her. She was stealing before I ever married her or new about it. I spent 18 years sticking up for her. They told me I stole. Which is a complete lie. I have never stole in my life. Show me evidence or proof even prosecute me with youre evidence You are committing slander. Lisa & Jane go to hell and a have Merry Christmas. I will Never be you"re client nor should anyone else. you falsly accused me of a crime with no proof and discussed it with others. Proves you lie and make stuff up to discredit others.

I was recommended by my daughter. She is very strong and encouraging and she full filled everything that needed to be done. She got back to me in a timely manner. She is very patient and understanding.
