“My mom's will was not executed as written. They seemed to be ok with that. I would not consider them as a fiduciary. This is not true. You folks did not follow the wishes of the will. I was told by your firm they can do whatever they want. Has nothing to do with what probate said. You are just cya. Why have a will? I just don't like being lied to.”
