Thank you for standing up for your fellow ohioans to support us by fighting with us and for us, for our rights to recieved/restore the extra federal unemployment benefits while the pademic is still ongoing...Honestly, When hearing the news about this law firm fighting for the workers who is now unemployed (at no fault of their own)due to the virus that is spreading throughout the entire world. I was shock and couldnt believe it at first. I was thinking that ohioans was screwed. In my mind, i was thinking that nobody would ever stand up against the state or the governor. But, I was wrong. I was very excited to hear the good news. The best news... That the attroneys from this firm was going to stand up for their ohio residents and fight for the entire state. I am beyond blessed! Thank you, Marc Dann and Brian Flick.
Also, make sure the judge knows that in the last 24 hours, Ohio had over 500 cases . This pademic is still ongoing and is still not over with...
For the Resturants owners and governors from different states needs to understand this as well.. There is more to the story, about resturants owners, not being able to hired workers. STOP using the excused with "the extra federal unemployment benefits are keeping and holding workers from returning back to work". This is a brunch of bullcrap.STOP USING THIS AS A EXCUSED!!!! This pademic isnt over with... This is all about Dem vs. Rep.
Example of reasons and situation on why business are having trouble on hiring. This is my opion.: Normally, young adults and teens workers works in resturants. Right now, parents dont want their kids to go to work and bring home the virus to a family member who is dealing with serious/major health problems. The risk of letting your kids go to work to make a small amount of cash isnt worth the risk of losing a love one. Also, there is no daycare for the parents. I have tried applying for daycare. Im getting no where with it. There are many unemployed workers who has a degree and dont want to take that cut in paychecks. especially, when you have a degree you want to find work in your field. ***Just admitt it, with all of the pademic money out here in the states, companies is more busy and need more helping hands. But, everytime i go through a fast food resturant, there are plenty of workers not doing their job by helping out with the line. SOrry, your not fooling me. It doesnt have to do with nobody wants to work due to the extra unemployment money. I def. want to earned my hard working money. But in my little area half of the businesses are still closed down and most likely wont be re opening back up. My business has been effected by this pademic aswell and i have no clue if i am able to recover. Also, Business keep this in mind. The amount in wages your paying out to your workers might not be enough to keep them due to their traveling expensive back and fourth from work to home and home to work. This also has a major impack on why some businesses cant find workers. The distance is way to far. The workers paychecks goes all into gas. especially, when gas prices are high and still on the raise in some area.
***There are so many reasons and situations on why businesses are having trouble on finding workers. keep this in mind. Just a few example. i am a small business owner that has been effected by the pademic as well.I will keep everyone in my thoughts and prayers who have been effected by this virus.
Thank you, to this firm branch... No matter what the outcome is.Very glad we have you two attroneys, representing the workers/residents in the state of ohio Thank you again.....Casey

Over nearly a decade, Marc Dann, along with associate Grace Doberdruk, fought valiantly for my cause fighting the big subprime lender against their efforts to foreclose on my home. I found Marc to be attentive to my concerns, well-informed of litigation and trends in the field, and highly respected by his peers and others in the legal arena. I might go so far as to say he is feared by his opponents. Everything he said he could do, he did. Throughout my many doubts, he assured me of both the pros/cons of each step we took. He is a man of his word with the utmost integrity. I recommend him without reservation.
