Dear Dann Law Firm, It gives me great pleasure to extend my sincere gratitude for your unselfish work done in my complaint against Fay Servicing. When no one else would listen to me in regards to the mistake that had occurred when my loan was transferred from my previous lender to Fay Servicing you quickly identified what I had claimed all along. From my initial interaction with Marc Dann and the work that Whitney Horton, Chelsea Lynn and the rest of the firm had done on my behalf was excellent customer service and professional. I was kept up to date on the process and was asked on occasion when my feedback was necessary to move the ball forward during the case. I hired Brian Flick and Dann Law to represent me in a matter that I began on my own against my mortgage lender. I was impressed with Brian's knowledge and I would highly recommend him and his firm to any person who needs representation in dealing with their mortgage-lender.

I called this law firm trying to figure whether or not I had a case worth pursuing, and Marc Dann came across to me as incredibly rude and condescending. Pretty disappointing and unnecessary. A simple "Sorry, but there isn't any legal grounds to pursue here," would have served the same purpose.
