Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“Messages would go unanswered, zero follow up, it was so bad at one point that Marc Dann, the head lawyer personally called and apologized and claimed that they would do better. They did not do better and I should've found different representation right there.”

“As per arbitration norms, they shared with me the documents from airbnb, but they never once shared their own arguments against airbnb, communicated how they planned to argue the case, explained what anything meant, again, it's clear my case wasn't a priority and yet somehow they seemed confident.”

“I don't know if this is true, but I'm forced to wonder if they took my case because it was a guaranteed payout. I already had a proposed settlement from airbnb for several thousands of dollars, meaning that even if they lost they'd still recoup 1/3 of said statement.”

“Once Dann Law was paid, they requested a standard payoff quote and I got an email saying I could contact the mortgage company myself and try to negotiate a lower payoff, but Dann Law was closing my case. They immediately filed documents withdrawing from my case.”

“After sending me the documents showing that I had lost, they made zero effort to explain why or how. I texted Marc Dann, I explained that losing is one thing but I felt like my case wasn't handled well. He said he would look into it and get back to me. That was 1.5 months ago.”
