After a bike accident, I was at a loss for who to trust. I searched for a bicycle attorney and Knabe Law Firm came up. In the summer of 2022, I was riding my bicycle and almost went into a dangerous sewer grate along Linden Road in Rocky River. The grate had slots parallel with the road, which could easily swallow a whole bicycle wheel, causing serious injuries to an unsuspecting cyclist. Linden Road had twenty such drainage grates along its ¾ mile length and was near a school. I contacted cycling advocate attorney Kenneth Knabe and sent him photos of these dangerous grates. Mr. Knabe in turn alerted the city officials to these hazards and in early 2023, they installed bicycle-friendly grates into the roadway.

Happily cycling for over 30 years, I never thought I would get hit by a car, but it happened.
