Amanda has worked hard over the years to ensure a fair outcome for my children and I. Never need to question who she works for. She stays on top of things and will get back to you quickly

This attorney is not to be trusted. She with held information and with held settlement offers, she worked for a agenda that was not in the best interest of me or my kids, knowingly, I believe provided me with inaccurate legal advice took measures that were not in the benefit of me and my kids, in withholding the settlement offers which she is legally bound to share she extended the process putting my kids me and even my ex thru extended stress and anguish. Meanwhile benefiting her with extended charges. That's just a very brief summary the more details facts are much more frightening.

She is very unfair and has no knowledge what she is doing.if you are slow or have a disability its like she dont want you to be raising children.and she doesn't care if cps says you are able to raise childern she still takes them away and destorys families this why im seeking a law suit lawyer and 6 on your side.she wont return phone calls.she wont help you so you can get on the right path. And its like she lies on paper work.and puts things in writing that.she really dosent have all the facts or only listens to one side.

Amanda Morris had no knowledge of civil rights of a parent or a person with disability. She had no clue that it is on the child to qualify for services.  It has nothing do with what the parent says.   She holds you advocating for child against you.  She has no understanding of the sevice out there for kids who have disability.   She has no idea what is involved in an IEP. She will not talk to the child specialist who says that the child behavior is tramua based.  She doesn't take time to research and learn the disability.   She doesn't look at all the facts like no contact with child, doesn't do court order visitations, abuser. Her reports are very unprofessional... Typos, lies, poor grammar.  Her voicemail is full amd she doesn't responsed to emails timely.     Just overall very professional.   From what I hear from other lawyers she always sides with the male side no matter what the facts are and doesn't come with good reviews. She was just there to collect her court-appointed fees and get discussed at you for wanting her to do her job. Watch your billing, she has no clue how bill people. She doesn’t take your payments off. Or if you pay her in full she comes after you and tells you aren’t but can’t provide proof

As a court-appointed attorney for a mother involved with Child Protection Services (CPS), Amanda Morris had no knowledge of civil rights of a parent or a person with disability. She could have spoken with an attorney through Disability Rights Ohio, but she refused. She also told me that attorney's don't participate in family meeting with CPS. I told her she does do that. She was present via zoom eating her lunch at the meeting. When I asked her to file a motion, she told me no, because she thought it was frivolous. It wasn't. To communicate your wished to the Magistrate/Judge you have to do it via motions. The worst part of my experience with her is that she intentionally failed to inform me of the time to file an appeal of magistrate deposition that took custody away from me. If I hadn't of asked her, she would have never told me. When she told me that it was past the deadline to appeal, I said you just screwed me. She said: "I know". If you have issues with her, please contact the Ohio Disciplinary Council. I did. They responded that another grievance will persuade them to have little leniency. She was just there to collect her court-appointed fees and get discussed at you for wanting her to do her job.

Amanda Morris failed to file for an appeal and failed to inform me of the deadline until it was too late.
