Charlie answered the phone in the dead of night for my first call to get a consultation and was incredibly informative and direct and put no pressure on me in the slightest to use his services over anyone else's. When it came to discussing his rates I was surprised to find it shockingly affordable (with respect to what others in the field charge), with a flat rate for the entire process that he was able to separate into a few payments to give me time to get my assets in the right places. This was my first experience with the court system and nervousness was the overwhelming emotion in my life at the time. When Charlie arrived though he answered every question I had running through my head with patience and expertise. My odds were not good on a reduction of charge but Charlie was able to explain the facts to the prosecutors and they were willing to just stick with the charge of regular OVI (which was not the best case scenario for me obviously but entirely fair and better than the alternative). He petitioned the judge for driving privileges for work and they were granted without the need of an interlock device; which was a surprise for both of us in the best way. Charlie's experience, professionalism, and all the other factors that go into being a good practitioner of law were visible and expertly performed. As a side not he seemed to be an incredibly kind, genuine guy who really did care about what he was doing for me. Charlie you have my thanks and my recommendation.

Thanks to Charlie M. Rittgers I am able to provide for my family once again, he helped me with my OVI charge and another ticket I received shortly after my OVI ticket, I am a truck driver which requires me to carry a cdl and the charges against me would have cost me my career and livelihood but thanks to Charlie M. My wife had brain surgery and as a result, had chronic severe nausea. After trying many different medications a friend gave her some Cannabis to try. It was a miracle. It literally gave my wife her life back. In order to avoid drug dealers, I started growing her medicine in a small garden in our basement. Due to a neighbor's complaint we were raided by the police. We were charged with Cultivating Marijuana. We only had a small number of plants, but the weight of the entire plant including the leaves, stems and roots made the charge a third degree felony, which carries a sentence of 1 to 5 years in prison. So, because of Charlie, we got through a horrible experience. We kept our jobs, didn’t go to prison, are not felons and we can now put this behind us without any fear of future problems.
