Mr. Charles M. Rittgers has provided me excellent representation in Mason Municipal Court. He has successfully protected me during the probation process in which I've not been perfect. Because of Mr. Rittgers, Mason Municipal Court has extended me enough patience to effectively renounce alcohol from my life, which was the source of my legal issue. Now after much time has passed, alcohol free, I am now rebuilding my reputation and standing within the community I love. Recovery from addiction is often times a rocky road and I'd like to thank the Rittgers Firm for protecting my freedoms to recover on the outside of a jail cell. My only regret in this matter is not hiring Mr. Charles M. Rittgers sooner. Had I done that, I estimate that my conviction would have been reduced. I was convicted of Domestic Violence in a case where no violence took place. I bet the Rittgers Firm would have been able to reduce the charges had I hired them from the beginning. They've represented me well.

My husband and I worked with Charlie Rittgers and Kathy. They were always very helpful and all emails and phone calls were returned immediately. We were unable to find an attorney the day we were due in court, when we called Rittgers and Rittgers that morning, Charlie was able to get there that afternoon. We always felt very well taken care of and we were always a priority. Charlie got the charge to drop from a DUI to a Physical Control. Which resulted in no points off his license and we didn't have to pay a license reinstatement fee ($475). We highly recommend Charlie!

In the face of the devastation of a divorce I never thought I would face in my lifetime, there is absolutely no one I would rather have had standing with me than Renee Crist from Rittgers & Rittgers. She was the perfect combination of compassionate for what my children and I were going through, but confident enough in the the law and her experience to fight boldly on our behalf. She listened to what I my children and I needed, added her expertise and wisdom, and was willing to fight for what was important to us, even if it seemed impossible. She was an absolute answer to our prayers. Walking through divorce would have been far more devastating if we had an inexperienced lawyer or one who was unsympathetic or pursued only her goals. I could not have been happier. She was an absolute blessing to my children and I and I would recommend her to anyone who is put in the position of facing divorce and needing the best representation. I just wanted to take a moment to say how pleased I have been with Rittgers & Rittgers law firm. Three years ago, I found Renee Crist by searching for a lawyer in my area on the Internet (something I never thought I would be doing) and her qualifications appealed to me. I have needed the Rittgers & Rittgers firm on two separate occasions, in 2002 for a DUI charge that went to a jury trial and now in dealing with two separate incidents in Butler and Hamilton counties. My father is a local judge and was in private practice for many years. Both times he suggested Rittgers & Rittgers and both times I used their services. I was found not guilty of a DUI after taking it to a jury trial on the advice of Charlie Rittgers Sr. In my latest situations Charlie Rittgers Jr. brought both to a more than satisfactory resolution.
