I hired Tabitha Stewert in 2016 to handle my dad's estate. Actually, had a meeting with Jason Flowers but Tabitha took the case over. I was told by her that we had to leave the case open for 6 months, to give time for any creditors to latch on. Meanwhile, my son was in a bad car accident, so I hired her to take that case also (was also in 2016). She has done nothing for the accident case. I had to go collect all the medical bills, reports, information from the junkyard, etc. She dropped the ball on the case and we still have not collected anything from the accident. My son has over 15k in medical bills now and still hasn't received any money for his car yet. She DOES NOT answer calls or return calls. When she does talk to you, it's the same story over and over. Which gets you no where. Half of the time, the secretary won't even put you through to her line. Back to my dad's estate, I waited 9 months, got everything settled and done in 2017. I go to sell a property in 2018 and find out a 3k lien was put on it from my dad's death. Call her about it, she knows nothing but that I had to pay it. Annoyed, but I pd it. Now find out another property of mine has a 23k lien on it from my dad. Contacted Tabitha and still no answers and still no return calls. She said she had to talk with Brock to find out more about it. That meeting was almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard from her. I have called and left messages and no call back. I called to speak to Brock and he isn't available. Imagine that. A lawyer is hired and paid by myself, but don't want to communicate with you. She had no problem taking her commission on my dad's estate but failed to do her job, only finding this out a year and half after the case was closed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!!!

Brad Kelley is extremely rude and disrespectful.

She is candid, courteous, and knowledgeable. Her clients come first and having a good resolution for her client is her goal. Because of her experience, she knows how to tackle the most difficult cases that are presented before her. If you are looking for a Counsel, I recommend her judgement and expertise.

Mr. Huffman seemed very interested in taking my husbands case for a traumatic brain injury after a fall. I was instructed to wait a couple months to see what problems developed from the fall. I called Mr. Huffman after the 2 months leaving voice mail messages re the case for 5 days straight but heard nothing. After hearing nothing from Mr. Huffman I called the office one more time informing the receptionist that my many messages were never answered. She said she was very sorry and she would put me through to his assistant. Low and behold I got voice mail again. It only takes a minute to return a call and I assumed he was very discourteous or didn't care. I took my case to an attorney who did.

Lawyer will not return my phone calls or submit papers and because of this I owe 2100 in back child support even though I have paid it.
