I called about hiring an attorney to write a letter for me. The price was too much just to write a letter.

I wouldnt hire him again if my life depended on it! What a joke!

Terrible service. Retainer was paid did not go to court or have the odasaty to contact client in regards to case. Kyle also neglected to call client on said times on 2 separate occasions. Will not refund retainer!!! Do not recommend!

Hey if you're looking for an a corrupt attorney he's definitely the one to go for! If your ordered to get a guardian ad litem and it's Sonya Marshall. Don't worry they "Kyle and Sonya" are very tight. So tight they go to one another's houses. They can manage to get hair follicle orders changed from a 10-panel to a five panel! Kyle is allowed to sit and make accusations that are absurd under oath. And let's just say if your case is with the Perry County juvenile courts. The Magistrate is biased and will go with whomever has the money. Over what's really in the best interest of the child. In reality you don't even need an attorney! That's a fact! The Magistrate even talks to the other party before you go to court about what is going to happen. Before even knowing what has been going on. Before hiring Kyle I would look up his record. Look at what he has done and got away with. Along with what he does on his personal time that leads to issues with his wife. Maybe ex-wife by now! I can only post this if I give him a star but believe me I only did it so I could post this. Also I might add he's the only person I have ever seen especially being an attorney that felt the need to comment back to someone's review they left of him 😂 Mr Henderson I have only stated my opinion of you never once stated that you were my attorney. With your record alone of putting your hands on your wife. I would have never hired you as an attorney. But you need to get your facts straight you never took no children you took a child on a grandmother's lies! The situation that happened at McDonald's had nothing to do with the child that you represented your client with! As far as you and Sonya Marshall I find it kind of odd that you would State while we were on a break in court. That she likes her AC at her home at 60° if you've never been to her home or don't have some kind of personal relationship! Furthermore I will stay it again you are the only attorney I have ever seen that feels the need to comment to people's reviews. Only the guilty have to defend themselves it seems. Right?

We consulted with Kyle Henderson 2022 and hired him. We later fired him. I can't currently say anything because our case is still on going but I will be back to tell you everything . Just know he doesn't disclose everything to you that is important for you to know and he stops returning your calls! I'm very sad that I didn't get rid of him 2-3 months prior to doing so when my gut feeling was telling me to. I will be back after the case to finish my review.

kyle was my attorney a few years ago and was awful he didnt file contempt paperwork when i asked him to then when i wouldn't sign paperwork that the other parties wanted me to sign he quit right there in the court room telling the judge he no longer wanted to represent me luckily i was able to get another attorney who was amazing and i got my kiddos back To reply to kyle's response I got custody back because of another attorney Kyle sat back in the court room and said he would not represent me I had paid my fees and was never made aware of any fees that were not paid still the worst representation I could have had and when I got my temporary custody it was kyle's dad that showed up to that court date

This man dropped me literally 3 hrs before my final hearing for my kids. And did it by email. Had no backbone to even pick up the phone. He worked out a payment plan w me. Gave $500 initially. He said nothing more about money as he knew I was in a very difficult situation and the worst time of my life. Never said anything to me before the final hearing, until 3 hrs before we had court and dropped me for lack of payment. He did nothing to help me. He was very arrogant and was def only there for the money. Very unprofessional and very cold hearted to everyone. He also was arrested for domestic violence in 2018 on his wife. He cares about only himself. Save your money. You will regret ever hiring him if you do. Look elsewhere.

Ok so I hired Mr. Henderson about a year ago and had paid him the 1,500 dollar retainer fee like he had asked me to do. Him and I agreed on whatever other fees came up throughout the case him and I could work out a payment agreement. Then all of a sudden toward the year mark of my case still being opened and me only having unsupervised visits with my kids still he wanted me to pay him 1,400 dollars more for an additional retainer fee in 7 days and wouldn't even call me or email back so that we could try to figure a payment agreement out he wanted his money in full or he was withdrawing from my case. Also It was impossible for me to get ahold of him or have him call me back or even email me back which makes me wonder what I truly was paying for because like I said after all this time of me doing my part and sending him everything I needed to prove myself he was not doing something right for me to still only have unsupervised visits with my kids and then had the nerve to ask for more money. There was things that he could of used for my case to help me out that he didn't use come to find out.

Definitely a top notch attorney and doesn't charge ungodly prices and just a good person all the way around and a great attorney all the way around

Very professional easily available and excellent at his profession my case has been difficult but he has been steadfast and up to date on every detail
