Unprofessional and negligent service
“They lost some of my information and didn't reach out to let me know. I received no response to my communications for months and now I have to find another lawyer. They basically just borrowed money from me for six months and then had the audacity to charge me for a certified letter instead of calling me to let me know that after six months and negligence on their part, they were no longer interested in handling the opening of an estate.”
