I can say Scott is a very honest attorney...... I consulted with Scott and hired Scott. But before my case began I decided not to proceed forward..... Scott understood and returned my entire retainer promptly at my request. This was a very fair thing for Scott to do.... thank you..... also his admin secretary is an excellent lady to work with. Couldn't even consider someone else after working with Scott. Even his receptionist was exceptionally equipped with the appropriate touch for communication and support during a really difficult time in my life. I gave them 5 stars because they earned them and here's why. I spoke to probably 10 different attorneys and I got 9 that were a sales pitch promising me they'd get me whatever I wanted as long as I had enough money and to be honest all I really wanted in my divorce was things to be fair. Sylkatis only promised me his best efforts and heard me when I said what I wanted and what I didn't want. He was patient and attentive. After our meeting he told me where we would be at if the divorce turned ugly and told me how to carry myself throughout the whole situation and to be honest I ended up reconciling with my wife and they were happy for me. Any of the other attorneys would have pushed for the most expensive route and would've pressured me to move forward with the process when negotiations stalled. These are people who found their calling and do everything for the right reasons. I felt bad when I told them I didn't need their services after all and thought to myself "how often does that really happen?". I'd like to think I'll never need them again but I hope this steers someone in their direction because they are sincerely the best available especially if you're having a rough time with your divorce. Thanks again guys!

My daughter was railroaded in court by a lying, deceiving, narcissistic Ex-husband. She left the court with the clothes on her back and the ex even took her jacket and paraded around like it was his trophy. She heard about Sylkatis Law firm and we sat down with Scott Sylkartis. Ten minutes later Mr. Sylkatis knew what he was up against and went to work immediately. After presenting a ton of evidence and disclosed all his lies, the courts awarded thousands of dollars back to my daughter. Thank you! A job well done! This guy can make a case for you without any evidence of your own as long as he can convince the court , not except any of the true evidence that anyone else has, he's a total fraud and you can tell by the 8× 11 printed sign on his door, how cheesy is that.
