Don't waste your time with this guy. Doesn't return calls, apparently too busy to take on any cases and doesn't care about any new business. Find a different attorney.

Mr. Ewald was a great help in managing my personal injury claim due to an auto accident which happened at an extremely busy time of day resulting in no one willing to stop or come forward as witnesses. The case took a little longer than most but that was out of Mr. Ewald's hands. I consider Brian very thorough and patient and willing to listen to my story, in the non-technical and very emotional way I could tell it, to glean as much info from it as possible. I would recommend Brian Ewald to anyone asking me for references to a personal injury attorney.

I was rear-ended while stopped on a 2-lane road. I had soft-tissue injuries that normally wouldn't have a settlement. Brian was not only able to recommend a team of doctors that helped heal my injuries, but he also worked with the insurance companies to get me a settlement quickly.

I worked with Mr. Ewald after a serious accident that my children were involved in. He was first and foremost kind. Brian was very attentive and sympathetic to our situation. Even more important, he was very proactive on our behalf. Brian represented us well, guided us through the process and helped us to resolve our situation. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I hired this lawyer due to an accident. He never called to inform me about any updates the whole year and a half I had him for. He didn't even try to get me the most money possible without bringing up a lawsuit over and over where I would have to pay him another 7% of the money I didn't get much of as it was. I always had to contact him for any updates. Never once did I get a call from him to let me know what was going on. There would be months that went by that I wouldn't hear a word from him so I would call him and of course he WOULD HAVE updates for me that he should've called me about but he didn't. I paid this man 33% out of my puny settlement. He got almost half of my money that didn't go to my bills. I think it's sad that someone can take advantage of people in this way and get away with it so I am making sure I let others know about him that may be thinking of choosing him. I know it hasn't just been me he has done this too also. My mother in law and my mother were in the car with me during the accident and they hired him as well and he treated them the same; even my mother who had extensive injuries, he has never called thus far, a year and a half after the accident. He never calls to ask how things are going, nothing. I definately do not recommend this lawyer to anyone. If you want someone who shows progress, shows a caring side, and works for YOU, don't go for this one.
