I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS THAT STEFEN SHAMBERG WAS ABLE TO ESTABLISH. HE WAS ABLE TO NEGOTIATE A SETTLEMENT WITH THE CITY OF EUCLID, OHIO THAT WAS FAR LESS THAN WHAT THEY INITIALLY DEMANDED.
