Cathie was retained after previous counsel failed to act in the best interest of the children in a complicated domestic dispute. Within one week the children were placed with their father out of harms way. We could never thank her enough for saving these beautiful kids and acting swiftly and aggressively, to show the court what the previous counsel failed to do. My greatest admiration and deepest graditude go with my 1000% positive review of this family law attorney, THIS is how it's done.

I gave his law office a call for a general quote for an uncontested dissolution. Thomas Cole responded to my questions with purposeful misunderstanding. His demeanor is unprofessional; he told me, "I refuse to give you any quotes." And that would have been okay with me, had he not said it in a overly-berating tone. Refusing is fine, but you don't have to put your entire being into rude responses. Additionally, other lawyers/firms in the area I've called happily gave me a basic price.

Lost my house car and all of my belongings. I was stuck with all credit card debt. I ended up bankrupt with nothing and I made good money as an RN. Mrs. Goldman did not warn me that even with my losing my house and going bankrupt ( mortgage included ) My ex could go into foreclosure several years later and destroy my credit again. I hear now that if she would have put in the divorce that he had to refinance the mortgage. My credit would not have been effected by his foreclosure
