Ben kitzler best family attorney ever. He gets things done and very straight forward. I found out a child wasn’t mine and never had a relationship with the child but because I signed birth certificate I paid child support for 15 years for a child that wasn’t mine. The child that was mine the mother signed me up for child support when he was 4 or 5 and they made me pay back pay from time he was born until time she signed up putting me behind 15 to 20 thousand dollars even though I’ve never missed a payment. He not only removed the child who wasn’t mine off the birth certificate and no longer pay he also had the back child support removed all together. It was the right thing to do for a father who has always took care of his kids and not only pays child support but is present In their life. Kitzler blessed me and my children in a way I can’t explain

Jerry Thompson was my attorney. Our case was very long and drawn out, about a year and a half to be exact. He fought for me and my child from the beginning. He got us our CPO and subpoenaed law enforcement and children services to testify which really helped my case. Flash forward a year when the cpo expired, and bio dad continued fighting to try and have visits with my child. Jerry never stopped fighting for my child. Jerry saw how much this case meant to me, and kept fighting for what was best. After all the tears my family has cried, I am so happy to say Jerry was able to settle my case and the battle is finally over. I can now sleep peacefully knowing that my child will forever be safe with me. I would 100% recommend him as your attorney.

Jodie is not someone you would want on your side she biases her clients as far as hair color and my friend was going for a paid internship she seen her demeanor and respectfully declined. She said it's my duty to call her on my children service case as I did and she failed to get back to me me and my counselor went and met with her and after that she didn't confirm or contact me. I called her office several times. She proceeds to tell magistrate Karen I have not tried to contact her and I corrected her stating I did. I was informed that she would no longer be my attorney because she's pursuing something different in her career. I'm fed up with her and richland county and judge Karen. They all are together. They stole my kids off allegations and I have receipts and proof of parenting classes drug and alcohol screening every 2 weeks and mental health.

John is an amazing attorney & his team was very helpful and kind. They were able to help me through a very trying time, and I don’t think I could have gotten through it with out them. I highly recommend this team.

I understand that emergencies come up last minute and I know a bug is going around. It doesn't make it better for the person your defending when they are there at court waiting for their attorney that is suppose to be there doesn't show up. This person has been in jail for 30+days has a tooth infection and a BP of 164/106 and can't even get the nurses to get him in to see a doctor. People have died from Tooth infections. Talk about a heart break. SMH...
