Jodie is not someone you would want on your side she biases her clients as far as hair color and my friend was going for a paid internship she seen her demeanor and respectfully declined. She said it's my duty to call her on my children service case as I did and she failed to get back to me me and my counselor went and met with her and after that she didn't confirm or contact me. I called her office several times. She proceeds to tell magistrate Karen I have not tried to contact her and I corrected her stating I did. I was informed that she would no longer be my attorney because she's pursuing something different in her career. I'm fed up with her and richland county and judge Karen. They all are together. They stole my kids off allegations and I have receipts and proof of parenting classes drug and alcohol screening every 2 weeks and mental health.

John is an amazing attorney & his team was very helpful and kind. They were able to help me through a very trying time, and I don’t think I could have gotten through it with out them. I highly recommend this team.

I understand that emergencies come up last minute and I know a bug is going around. It doesn't make it better for the person your defending when they are there at court waiting for their attorney that is suppose to be there doesn't show up. This person has been in jail for 30+days has a tooth infection and a BP of 164/106 and can't even get the nurses to get him in to see a doctor. People have died from Tooth infections. Talk about a heart break. SMH...

I had a very positive experience with this law firm. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to my case. Their approach and expertise were impressive, and I would highly recommend them to others seeking legal assistance.

I was appointed Ms. Dees through Richland County. After 2 cancelled appointments and an obvious lack of interest in my case I walked into court feeling less and less confident each time. She was rude, unprofessional, unprepared, and uninterested. Another public defender working for the prosecutor. Am only awarding 1 star because 1/2 a star is not possible. Edited: one charge was not dismissed. Plea was not honored and suspended jail time was maxed. Mitigation was basically myself. You were arguing about my treatment medication after the fact trying to further imply my guilt the day of. Again, thanks for nothing ma'am! 🙄

I have no idea what's wrong with Byron. Sent him text after text text, including phone calls, which his mailbox is full. I just don't get it, even after he said he would help me. Did send me a reply, to just chill. Sickening and it pisses me off big time. Never again will I ever speak to the man. I thought maybe he would straighten up after he was disciplined, but no...

Jodie assisted me greatly in figuring out how to best go about proceeding in my current standing court cases. Her assistance and representation i believe made a world of difference! Thanks so much!

Has been a great representative for me, it was a battle trying to get things done by myself, but once i got Jodie involved, everything went smoothly and she got things done.

We called other attorneys and got no where. Attorney Dees is helpful, caring and reasonable with my daughter’s case. I would use her again.

He did a great job. I am in my son's life now. :)
