Doesn't care about the welfare of children. Not very good at fighting for custody, even with proof of a poor / abusive/ mentally unstable parent. Poor communication

Rocky is not prepared for his case properly Rocky was late for the court case the court case was over charges were dropped and he refused to give me my $2000 back. He would not return phone calls or keep us updated. Staff was very rude when I asked for my money back.
