Wonderful service and people

I worked with Ashton Thompson and Eddie Bibler. They both helped me tremendously to get my father’s Probate case settled in a timely manner. I would use their services again.

My experience with Joel Spitzer has been interesting to say the least I absolutely love his practice yes but when I went to court first time I got a girl that didn’t even know my name or know anything about my case so I am now stuck doing the supervisor visit at Carefit and I’ve asked for it to get put back in court and was asked to making additional payment after I made my retainer and they send somebody that doesn’t even know my name my child was wrongfully taken from me and by no means did I think nor was told that two years later doing the same thing that this girl got me my child is ready to come home he does not want to be there he has told them that he’s not he does not feel safe he does not want to be there he’s gonna run away and this is still the outcome that I get I’ve reached out multiple times to try to talk to Joel myself he told me yes we can get it back in court but like I said we would have to pay that additional fee Let me just add that I live in Tennessee and I travel every two weeks to see my child for two hours in a while every two weeks for two hours I have to be in the car for 15 hours so Money nor time is not the issue is you can never get a hold of them or if u do it’s weeks or months later or they send somebody that doesn’t even know your name or anything about your case I really wish that they would fix what they have messed up because I handed them everything on a silver platter but with that being said I’m very grateful I have what I do because I had hired Two other attorneys that just took my money and ran still this day haven’t heard anything from them so I am very thankful that Joel Spitzer took all my case yes it’s not a typical case it’s a rare case and even though my child’s father lies on every affidavit and we’re still in the situation and my child has to pay for it and that’s not fair to him it’s not fair to me I just wish they would fix it

Mr. Spitzer did an amazing job! He was instrumental in helping with post divorce matters! He fights for what is right and listens with a caring heart!
