I was not satisfied with him at all. He came to court late more than once and had a busted lip and rumpled clothes. Most of all did not argue my case at all!

I do not recommend this lawyer in any type of a custody case! I hired him to do a job and he changed it without my knowledge or consultation till the last minute is sitting in front of the Magistrate! And then wanted to Bill me outrageous amounts of money for something that I paid him to do and he did not do!

What a patient and knowledgeable lawyer/mediator. Very helpful! Helped both sides understand and negotiate the best interest of our children.

I do not recommend this lawyer for ANY kind of child custody matter. I paid him hundreds of dollars for him to represent me and protect my rights and he failed to do so. He did not keep me informed about my case, there were hidden charges in the bill, I was misrepresented, he gave me advice I trusted was good only to find out it hurt my case even more, he did not fight for me and in turn I lost custody of my child. He was not as knowledgeable about child custody as I was lead to believe. I had to get a new attorney to take my case and clean up the mess Nate made and I'm still paying hundreds of dollars for not only what I owe him but my new attorney as well. I am very unsatisfied with Nate Witkin's performance.
