What a waste of time , this place is absolutely a joke but not funny, over a year since my accident at speedway , literally no communication from Michelle Teran, I called once a month and only spoke to her twice, now they dropped my claim, said I wasn't worth it basically if we had to file suit, Michelle said she worked my claim and not going to be compensated for the time, what I believe is they got paid from the other insurance company to not proceed with my case, don't waste your time with this law firm, stay away. Absolutely no communication, very unhappy, will be proceeding this claim either my self or with another hopefully qualified law firm.

I feel like mine was top priority even though it was a very small case that most firms would have put at the bottom of the list of importance. I cannot share enough positive feedback about Doug Riddell. From the very first call he was super responsive and called back less than an hour of me leaving a brief message. He asked probing questions to not only get to the root of the issue concisely but also to know what my goal was. With the information we discussed he needed the supporting documentation to ensure he could accomplish the desired result. After reviewing the information he called back as promised (again very timely) and was confident in taking the case and reviewed his price. The cost far out weighed the consequence.
