I have used Mike on a number of different occasions for different legal aspects. He has helped my family over the years with anything we have ever needed legal advice or council on. From contract review and real estate law to custody and child support issues, there has never been a time where Mike has not given us his best and gave us the best case possible. I came to Mike J. Davis in late summer 2015 for my case. He accepted my case and told me I had a "strong chance" of winning. I made the initial payment to Mike after our initial consultation. He never seemed to waver from that point on his stance of the case. Each time we communicated or met, he told me this was a "strong case" for me to win. However, the morning of the June 2016 trial (after accepting my trial payment of $2,500) he completely changed his stance. He told me, "I'm not too sure about the case now". I was livid. I had invested over 1 year of time and money into the case. I should have fired him right there, but I went forward. In trial, Mike did very little arguing for my case. Closing arguments were even worse and he was made to look like a fool by the defense attorney. Needless to say, I lost my case. Mike did very little to no research for my case. I felt like I threw money away on the case and Mike. I would not recommend him to anyone.
