This law firm is extremely unprofessional!! They fail to keep track of pertinent documentation while repeatly requesting these documents delaying the process..They fail to defend in situations arising from representation..They are all about money no true results..Mitchell Allen is never available for phone call or meeting he will meet you first then turn you over to his wife Yasmeen whom is his paralegal but less than more knowledgeable about actual law questions(she never has any answers)...If you need protection this is not the firm if you just need representation this may be your firm.. I went to pick up my refund for my case and my files jn which they had me sit in the lobby for hours while waiting for my files and refund totally unprofessional!!!

Hard to get a call returned! Of two issues we had they did one okay, but when problems came up had a hard time getting them to address it. The second issue we just gave up on because they DID NOTHING and wouldn’t return calls

I recently retained this law firm to help with a custody issue. they ran my card charged me and said they would send a letter. almost 2 weeks later no letter had been sent according to the party that was to receive it. I called to inquire. I was told the lawyer was not in and that they would leave a message to call me back. more than 36 hours later still no response. I drive to the place since they didn't call me back. I get a copy of the letter they say they are not sure why it wasn't received... it was dated for that day... I've been informed that sometimes Microsoft Word will automatically update the date when you go to reprint something but this was not the case because in the response letter i received later it listed that same date.... "Thank you for your letter dated May 7th, 2015" so I'm not sure when they were actually going to do anything for the money that i gave them until i started making noise about it... i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and his wife seemed nice and so i gave them another chance. She told me that she would call this person on Monday to ensure that they had received the letter and ask them about the pending litigation. I called the following Wednesday to get an update and was told i would get a call back. I wait over a week with no call back on an update so I'm forced to drive there again as no one will communicate with me unless I show up. I get there and they bring out the response letter. The legal assistant brings it out and begins talking to me about it. the letter showed me in a bad light and it seemed as if to me that they had read it and were judging me. I could be wrong but that's the way it felt and considering none of them took the time to get to know me or could even communicate with me even the smallest details I guess I shouldn't expect any understanding or compassion for my situation from them. It was a terrible customer service experience. They don't have time for me and they probably don't have time for you. P.S. the contract they have you sign is totally in their favor (obviously) and it seems sketchy. had I read it I wouldn't have signed it but I'm young and inexperienced and was stressed and eager to get help. I will know for next time. Buyer Beware.
