I paid $500 one time consultation fee on 13th of September, and they received my case on 16th of Sep. However, one month has passed, until now I have not heard back from the lawyer ! It’s seems like I have been totally ignored. I have sent emails to paralegal asking about the situation. She just say the lawyer will contact you soon, then another 2 weeks past, still nothing. I don’t know if I am the only one facing this issue or not . Seems like he has many good reviews and that’s why I choose him. But I got disappointed seriously.

Yasmeen, Mitch and Natalie are a great team! Their expertise is evident but it was the compassion and empathy that they showed me that I appreciate the most. They were responsive and walked me through every step of my legal issue. Hopefully I won't need representation in the future but if I do, they will be my first call!

I will definitely hire Mr.Allen again..IF I ever need a lawyer. But if you need one I would definitely consider his law firm. Down to earth. Very polite and easy to talk to. Same goes for his staff. He saved my butt over something stupid on my part. One more thing...he was willing to LISTEN and UNDERSTAND my side.
