We loved working with Smith & Smith they we diligent on getting the job done. They were always open and willing to answer any questions that we had and most importantly transparent about the entire journey.

Note for the attorney John. John helped me get my aunts finances and trust in order.He advised me on things that will benefit my aunt in the future.I had difficult decisions that had to be made and John was there to help me without any pressure.He is always there if I need a honest answer to a question.I have had a lot of banking and annuity issues that needed to be updated and revised. I am so glad Christine is handling my case. She is very professional, honest and good at what she does!

He did absolutely nothing for us and charged us $3,500+ for treating us like morons. He spent the only face to face meeting with him once he was our lawyer arguing with us, explaining the same thing multiple times, and said "I would love to go to court because I have kids to put through college." I don't need to be charged $3,500 to be treated like garbage, I'm getting that plenty from the neighbor who caused the problem with our property line.

Christine Smith represented my divorce case from start to finish- 3 years. I found Christine to be very ethical and thoughtful in her approach. I'd score her high on the negotiations side of family law. My case was particularly difficult- but the difficulty was not because of any issue with this office, rather that is how difficult my ex was. Christine was always supportive and working toward an agreement despite the absurdity that my ex's counsel continued to cause. Reading comments posted, it's clear that the office is being spammed by people who are not actual clients. If you need a good negotiator and peaceful mediation, Christine is a great choice.

I didnt feel the office was knowledgeable with my case in Lucas county... Also I felt the front desk lady in Swanton was rude, and unhelpful...

I gave Mr. Smith money for one thing, but he kept it and used it for something else. I spent many hours, driving from Maumee to Swanton and calling this office already, but still nothing!!
