Gary Cowan is the man to go to! He gets straight to the point, if he thinks an offer is way less than he expects, he will fight for what he feels is right for you. Overall, he was AMAZING!! 11/10 recommend him to anyone!

Did a great job on my case. Beeyon(not spelled correct) was always there for me, even when the first Laywer assigned dropped the ball. Ian was my second lawyer and he was patient in explaining and answering questions. I found it convenient that a rep came out to my home in the beginning, but strange after not putting a face to a name until well over a year of being a client. Side note: Get auto coverage that covers YOUR excessive injuries, because due to the policy limitations of the defendant. The damages recieved was no where near my injury cost.

Attorney William (Bill) Price guided us through a pretty complicated case. In short, the at fault driver that hit our car was driving over 70 mph in a 40 mph zone, did not have insurance, and there were no eye witnesses that could support our case and the accident investigation. Bill was able to work with the Sheriffs Office to obtain vehicle data recording information that proved the driver was in fact at fault driving at such an excessive rate of speed. Also, Bill was able to use his extensive experience working with insurance adjusters to settle our case for the maximum amount of insurance settlement without having to go to trial. Can’t imagine having to go through our accident settlement without Elk & Elk & Attorney Price. Fortunately, this is the first time we’ve ever had to file such a large scale claim. God forbid, if we ever had to do this again, wouldn’t do it without enlisting the help of Elk & Elk. Bill was a straight shooter and made us feel like he was helping us the same way he’d help someone from his own family. Thank you Elk & Elk!!

I needed a group of lawyers at a time where i was at the worst part of my life. They took the best care of me! I trust John, Bill and Elk and Elk with my life!

I called as an injured worker, I did not hear back form the attorney. When I called I was told rudely they left a voice mail for me; There was no voice mail. In addition I was told the attorney would not handle my case. I understand if they did not want to handle but the attorney saying he left a voice mail when he did not shows lack of regard for his clientele or potential clientele unless he can make quick a buck off them. I am sure there are better attorneys out there.

Jay and his team were very professional. They were efficient and always available to be reached for questions. We definitely felt comfortable having them represent us and would recommend to anyone who needs their services!
