I was injured in an accident, that was almost a head on collision. A family member said I should call Elk and Elk, and I’m glad I did! I’ve never been involved in an accident of that severity before, and I didn’t even know I needed legal representation. I thought when I called A big name company like this, that I’d probably have to just speak to a representative of my attorney. Not only did Mindy call me directly to speak with me initially, but she kept in touch through e-mail to keep me up to date an my case! She was patient with me, because I don’t know a lot about the legal process, and answered every question I had. She fought hard for me to get the derailed part of my life back on track. All I had to do was focus on recovery, and getting back to work.
