Elk and elk customer service is terrible. Mr. Martin gave me false hopes to take my case. I did exactly what he asked me to for him to tell me he would not take the case!! His assistant is very rude and unprofessional. They are not for the people and I would never try to work with them again!!!!!!!!

William Price was very professional and knowledgeable. He always return calls or emails in timely manner. Bill always update us and follow up during the entire process.
