I first started going to Bruce Hall in 2001 when he helped me with gaining custody of my two children. Bruce is always professional and easy to talk to. He is always willing to work around your schedule as he understands people work and cannot make an appointment during the day. I went back to Bruce recently for another situation and he did an amazing job. I would recommend Bruce to anyone. Thank you Bruce

Horrible service, wouldn’t return any of my calls, I called for weeks and left messages to no avail. Very crude service, vulgar language and unprofessional. Cancelled several appointments and I had to file everything myself. Do Not hire this lawyer.

I have used this law firm for so much in the last 4 years and have to say I love them
From fixing a mess up that another lawyer in medina did to helping get my grand daughter
Bruce is an awesome attorney and will fight 100% for you !! He never backs down for his clients
The office staff always calls me back and answered even the silliest of questions ( which I was told no question or concern is silly to ease my mind)
I truly felt the care and concerns for my issue
Always treated with respect by everyone
Wouldn't use any other attorney in medina county

Very unreliable and does not return phone calls. The entire business is unprofessional and the staff is rude. Fees are charged for services which are not carried out. Avoid at all costs!!!!
