My husband and I had been putting off the will/trust process for a few years but finally took the steps to do it. I reached out to Chris and he was able to accommodate our busy schedule and meet with us at our home twice before finalizing everything at his office. He was very professional and walked us through the entire process! He made it very easy on us and we really enjoyed working with him. The Krause Law Firm has been very responsive to my/husbands needs. They put together our living Trust and redid it for us when the Ohio law changed. I don't think anyone likes to think about planning your end of life affairs, but working with and being advised by Chris Krause sure made it easy! One day I just happened to be thinking I needed to take care of those things and happened to drive by his office and saw his sign! Chris took the time to go over every detail in the Trust and explain in great detail how the changes would best protect assets and avoid probate. After Chris made the changes/updates, he returned with a neatly organized (new) binder, making it very easy for us to find every legal document necessary for when that time comes. He again took the time to review the amended Trust (page by page) and answer our many questions. Chris is very knowledgeable, professional and polite.
