I had a free phone consultation regarding my older uncle's home going into foreclosure. Ms Smith was very patient, genuinely concerned, and compassionate. She listened to my concerns, explained how the court system works, asked me specific questions, and advised me on pros and cons of each outcome, then what she thought would be best to do. She was great!! I would recommend using her for any legal matters.

I knew Barbara when she was just starting out and even then she had integrity and her clients best interest at hand.
Wanting a divorce and being a battered wife there were many issues that I overlooked but she didn't and she encouraged me to listen to what she had to say. At times I could sense her frustrations in my hesitancy, but her gentle persuasion ruled out and I became a happy free woman.
