Robert Biales wins cases. He is a street fighter who employs unorthodox gorilla tactics that i do not necessarily embrace. However, as CEO of a long time, well established Lake County business, Mr. Biales and his firm, Biales Delchin, are our go to attorneys for all of our litigation and immigration matters because they make things happen. I have employed dozen of attorneys-many from big name firms-and this is my advice based upon those experiences. If you want to win, hire Biales. If you want to pay five times the amount of money and lose cases, hire someone else. Bob Biales wins cases!

I cannot say enough good about this law firm. I called on a weekend (late evening) in a panic with an emergency situation and was contacted immediately by Bob Biales. Bob calmed me down and assured me everything would be fine. By the end of the week he had already fixed my problem and got a much better result beyond my highest expectation. I mean I was really quite amazed that this firm went to the efforts they did to fix my problem fast. It was the kind of situation that most lawyers would have dragged out just to make more money. I really don't trust lawyers but Bob Biales and his firm have earned my trust and gratitude. The whole crew over there really cares about people and fixing their problems. They are all down to earth people who made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease and peace through what was one of the most scary times of my life. Honestly, I felt like I was UNDERCHARGED for all they did for me. I called other lawyers who quoted me 3-5 times the retainer I was charged by Biales Delchin and would not give me the time of day until I gave them money. Bob spent almost two hours trying to help me before he even knew I was going to hire them. He said if he can "just get it fixed fast" he wouldn't even charge me. They are really good people. I don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review for Biales Delchin law firm. To sum up the experience in one word: OUTSTANDING. Bob Biales handled my divorce. Everything was disclosed during my initial consultation, which was free. There were no hidden fees, and my case was handled with professionalism and compassion. Mr. Biales is exceptionally competent at what he does, and everything went as he said it would. Eileen does an excellent job at handling the front desk and taking care of the paperwork. Whenever I called with questions or concerns, everyone at this law firm was patient and quick to get back with me if I had to leave a message. I have another pending legal matter that Robert Delchin is handling, and so far I am receiving the same courteous, compassionate, and professional treatment. I was very happy with my experience at Biales Delchin. Robert Biales was my attorney but I dealt with other attorneys there and I was happy with everyone that was involved with my case. I thought that Mr. Biales and all of the staff there were very connected to me as a person. Mr. Biales really seemed to really care about my emotional health and he went out of his way to help me in ways that were beyond his call of duty. For example, he gave me his cell phone and was available to me 24 hours a day and on the weekends. I called him even on Sundays and he was always receptive and helpful. Everyone in this firm will go out of their way to help you and comfort you. Mr. Biales and the employees who work there are very compassionate people. Also, they will not rip you off by doing things that they do not have a very strong feeling will help your case. Mr. Biales talked me out of several actions that I wanted him to take but that he thought there was no chance to win. He would have made a lot more money by doing what I wanted but he cared enough to tell me it was a waste of my money even though it hurt them monetarily. I was always kept informed which is huge to me because I have had other attorneys and felt like I had no idea of what was going on but I always was informed by Mr. Biales. He was always thoroughly prepared and seems to be one step ahead of the other attorney. I was very happy with my result. Mr. Biales and the employees and other attorneys at Biales Delchin were sensitive, realistic and positive. They never gave up and fought to the end unlike any attorney I have ever worked with. They are a very good firm with honesty and very fair billing and pricing policies. I would recommend Mr. Biales and this firm.

Biales Delchin was recommended by a friend to My husband and I when we were in a crisis situation and felt that our world was coming to an end.
