I retained Attorney Ziccarelli after firing my previous attorney for not doing what I believed was her job as my attorney. Attorney Ziccarelli represented me in my child custody case where I was going for full custody of my daughter and requesting for supervised visitation at my daughters then biological mothers expense along with child support. Mr. Ziccarelli dealt with my daughters then biological mothers attorney and not once did a problem occur. Mr. Ziccarelli was ready to go to trial and fight for the safety of my daughter. Luckily, my daughters mother decided to give up all rights and responsibilities to my daughter, giving my wife the opportunity to adopt my daughter. In the several months Mr. Ziccarelli was my attorney his professionalism, his candidness and how quickly he would respond to my telephone calls or emails completely blew me away. Although I had to retain a lawyer in the state I am currently residing in for my wife to adopt my daughter, Mr. Ziccarelli assisted with anything that needed to be done in Ohio and was readily available to answer any and all questions my in-state attorney had. I hope I never need to retain another Attorney, however if by chance I do, Mr. Ziccarelli would be the attorney I would call. I can't say enough about how much I truly appreciate everything he did for me and my daughter and how he operates as an attorney, I would recommend Mr. Ziccarelli to anyone. He doesn't waste your time or your money.

Mark is an honest and fair attorney. His approach is straightforward and to the point. He treats clients with respect and does not blow any smoke. I think he is prepared to litigate - so his competition doesn't think they can get a weak settlement out of him.
