HIGHLY RECOMMEND. TRUSTWORTHY. DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO! We sold our house in 2021 and had money put in Escrow at the buyer's request. Ultimately, we ended up where the buyer's refused to release the funds. We had no success resolving this matter. Then, our real estate agent met Phillip at an event in late 2022 and passed his information along to us. We met with Phillip to see if he thought he could resolve our matter. He was confident he could (after many other attorney's would not take our case as Real Estate was not their area of expertise). We hired Phillip around March/April 2023 and had a final resolution on our case by the end of July 2023. His retainer and rate were reasonable and worth the money to resolve the matter! He was very communicative at only the crucial junctures so as not to increase our bill. I highly Phillip for any matter you need resolved. You will not be disappointed.

Good advice.

They got the job done but cheated me thier client and then I asked for my son's file back over 2 weeks ago and they will not give it to me, please go somewhere else!

I hate to leave negative comments, but my case was denied after 14 months. I was told they would not take a case that they thought they would lose, and I would not pay anything. Attorney fees would come out of the settlement. For over a year, all I received were bills for them to get medical records, never any follow up. I would have to call to find out the status all the time. I was not even called to be informed that the case was denied.

Worked with Phil Henry on a few different situations, guy is a miracle worker. Definitely has a name for himself in the industry. Also worked with Alex Carr on a few thing as well. This is the young gun, straight shooter and isn't afraid of anything. I couldn't recommend this firm enough, will always call them when in need.

My family has had the pleasure of working with Phillips & Mille on several occasions. In 2018 I had the opportunity to work with Alex Carr concerning my mothers Elder care planning and implementation. Alex impressed me as an individual that showed a great deal of empathy and compassion for the difficult situation of placing a parent in a nursing facility. He showed us how we could care for my mother in the best possible way for our particular circumstances. He assisted with the preservation of Mom's assets and at the same time providing her with excellent care until her death in 2018. His assistance in navigating the Medicaid maze was a blessing I could not thank him enough for. Alex went above and beyond what I expected.
