Being from Cincinnati, I really didn't know who to go since I moved to Hamilton. After passing their office a few times something said get a appointment. So Steve Casper worked my case and made it so easy. The cost reasonable also. I would recommend Casper, Casper and Casper to any one. I may use them again if I need to. It was the High St. Office not in Middletown
